If you are looking for a therapist who utilizes evidence based modalities paired with warm and conversational tone I may be the right fit for you. I work with a diverse group of clients but I specialize in working with adult women who are experiencing perinatal or postnatal mental health challenges including postpartum depression or anxiety, fertility challenges, loss of identity, relationship or family challenges, and parenting issues.
I have a certificate in postpartum mood disorder treatment from Postpartum Support International. I utilize that training plus cognitive behavioral therapy in my sessions to help women achieve their wellness goals. Sometimes that means working through anxious, intrusive thoughts and other times it means coping with grief, loss, or disappointment.
