Welcome to my page. I know that seeking help can be intimidating, but it does not need to be. Everyone struggles from time to time. I hope you will consider me when you decide that you want to talk to someone. Life may throw a curve ball your way but that might just mean you have to learn to hold your bat a little differently. I will always strive to make counseling a safe and nurturing environment. Through our collaborative discussions you will feel empowered to be the best version of yourself. I have worked with clients who are struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self confidence and or trauma.
Counseling is a collaborative effort to help individuals realize their best potential. Counselors do not have all the answers, it truly is about you finding the answers that work best for you. We will discuss issues that you are struggling with and create goals and coping skills designed specifically for you. A new vision will be clearly outlined.
