Hi, I'm Julie and I'm a therapist who is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking to overcome challenges with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and life transitions. In therapy, I provide a space free from judgement to help you make choices that can lead to feeling more fulfilled in your life and in your relationships. As a therapist, I am warm, direct, and empathetic. I take a systemic, strengths-based approach to the therapeutic process recognizing that your story is unique and fits within a societal, systemic framework. I will listen to your story with empathy, help you identify and clarify patterns, and work with you to create a future that best suits you.
We will look at the symptoms of an issue and focus on how to create solutions while uncovering and healing the root cause of the problem. This is how we will bring understanding to the challenges that have led to you feeling stuck or hopeless.
