Specializing in family law therapeutic services and providing traditional therapy for common childhood disorders also. You are not alone. Is your child experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, or grief? Parenting is the most challenging job that doesn't require a license. Children don't come with an operator's manual, yet it’s our job to crack their code and figure out how best to create an environment where they thrive.
Every child is unique. Behavioral modification, parent coaching, CBT, DBT, mindfulness. My job is to connect and find a way in whether it is through creating an environment of complete acceptance or using journaling, poetry or music to explore our thoughts. Feelings and behaviors and improve out overall social, emotional, communication and coping skills.
