Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (LMFT118583). I enjoy helping my clients through difficulties that are beyond what they can usually manage on their own. I offer both professional training and expertise as well as life experience to help facilitate growth and change. I design my sessions to the specific needs of my clients. To maximize the outcomes in therapy I utilize a variety of strategies including art, mindfulness, and body awareness. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, work/life balance, divorce, gender identity and sexual identity.
I use a variety of modalities and theories to suit each client, helping them to gain awareness and insight. I frequently check in with clients to see that I am meeting their needs. I track progress and make certain my clients feel therapy is helping them.
I would enjoy meeting with you and discussing your goals. My style is warm and compassionate. I also can integrate Faith based counseling when requested. I also provide walking/talking therapy in nature.
