Welcome! It takes courage to seek support for the troubles we have in our lives and I commend you for opening a door. In my experience, these are opportunities for substantial growth, to create abundance and depth in your life and overcome long standing barriers.
As a clinical social worker, I have walked these paths with many over the past 25 years. From my work with homeless youth, to hospice care, I have utilized a combination of clinically proven therapies: solution focused, strength based and cognitive behavioral interventions among others, to create lasting change with purpose and intention.
