I have a master's degree in clinical psychology and 33 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor specializing in Attention Deficit Disorders, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress, Holistic Stress Resolution, Relational Issues, Christian Counseling, Foster and Adoptive children, and children facing atypical neurological issues. I am also a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and advanced practitioner in training for certification in the Biology of Trauma. My goal is to get to the root of the challenge, with compassion. Where there is a symptom; there is a cause. Where there is a cause; there is a solution.
I offer established clinical practices incorporating holistic strategies including TFCBT, EMDR, Somatic and Movement Therapies, Horse-assisted Therapy, Nutritional Counseling, and Christian based therapy upon request. It is an absolute joy to support individuals in achieving freedom through the application of truth filled holistic strategies.
My passion is to rule out and resolve underlying causes for mental health symptoms, and support individuals, in leaving these symptoms behind, to achieve their goals, dreams, and best quality of life.
