Have you struggled to be heard? Or to feel safe enough to use your voice? I try to provide empathetic and reflective listening as well as a kind and gentle directness to help you finally be heard. I like to help clients discover things about themselves and their own strengths as well as finding or building their own unique support system. I support clients in a way that they may try some new things to see what works for them.
Looking for help for you or your child who has experienced some scary or confusing things? I approach all of my clients from a strengths-based, trauma informed perspective and have worked extensively with children who have experienced trauma, as well as with their caregivers, providing play therapy, filial therapy, and parent coaching.
My goal is to create a supportive and nurturing therapeutic environment so that my clients feel supported, understood, and increasingly self-aware as they manage challenges and cope with changes in their lives. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
