We live in complex times with many unknowns. Many people are finding it difficult to feel secure, self-confident, and productive in their jobs and in meaninful relationships. Anxiety and multiple stressors can interfere with your personal life and professional goals. I empathetically assess your specific concerns and discuss effective treatment options.
