Whether your child or teenager is facing challenges that you are not sure how to handle, or you are a young adult facing the complexities of life and feeling overwhelmed, I believe counseling can help. I have a passion for helping children, teens, and young adults grow their skills and confidence so they can live a life where they feel they can thrive. I love working with youth and young adults who are struggling with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and/or their sense of self-worth. I exclusively provide tele-therapy (think FaceTime) for people who reside in California.
I help my clients understand why their life is not working and I offer them creative and effective solutions. I use a variety of psychological approaches and customize the therapy to meet my clients where they are.
I ran a successful school-based mental health program and a grief program for several years. Now I offer individual therapy via an online platform for people ages 14-34 who have experienced a loss of any kind, including the death of a loved one, as well as the various challenges life can present.
