My name is Julie Houston, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Redlands, CA, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, stress, feelings of Imposter Phenomenon, perfectionism, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship issues. I work with adult individuals who are feeling burnout, overwhelmed, and stressed who are struggling with habits, patterns, or relationship issues that cannot be resolved on their own. These individuals often appear to have everything together to the outside observer but feel like a failure on the inside.
