I have 18 years of mental health experience in the Treasure Valley and am a certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are my primary orientations. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy used in the treatment of emotional trauma and other adverse life experiences.
