I am a therapist licensed in Ohio with over 20 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I have worked with adults, teens, and children with a wide range of concerns to help them develop coping skills to decrease discomfort and improve their quality of life. I have worked extensively with issues relating to trauma, childhood abuse, clergy abuse, depression, anxiety, OCD, adoption, anger management, and family relationship issues. I also specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, gender identity issues, problems related to divorce, and helping parents with behavioral issues with their children.
My approach is to tailor your treatment to meet your goals. I know that taking that first step can be terrifying, and I assure you that this is a safe place for you.
