Are you struggling with eating, negative body thoughts or both? My name is Sarah and I help people improve their relationship with food right from the comfort of their home. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) and Family Based Treatment (FBT). I have helped people just like you, go from scared and frozen, unable to help eat normally on their own, to fully capable of overcoming their difficulties with food.
