Does life seem especially challenging or difficult to face? We all have those moments, and I am here to help. I began counseling in a crisis center environment and received my Master's in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from UTSW School of Health Professions. Over the last several years, I have partnered with people of all ages (10-85) facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stressors to physical and emotional health. I have a special interest in helping those facing trauma and navigating life transitions at any stage of life.
Using a warm, collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy, I strive to help people find their own inner strength and resilience. I use a wide range of modalities including CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed techniques.
