I work with children and adolescents at Pediatric Therapy Practice in Hoffman Estates and adults at Balanced Life Counseling in Chicago.
At Pediatric Therapy Partners in Hoffman Estates, I work with children and adolescents to identify, process and appropriately express their emotions. I specialize in working with children with ADHD, anxiety and autism. An integral part of my work with children also involves helping parents better understand the needs of their children at home and in school.
At Balanced Life Counseling in Chicago, I specialize in working with adults going through life transitions and those with autism, ADHD, anxiety and depression. Having struggled with anxiety myself, I understand what it’s like to be a client and a therapist. My approach is client centered and I use CBT techniques to help clients progress toward their goals.
