My approach and overall goals are to provide services that are developmental in nature and preventative in design to help meet the needs of each client. I believe that cooperative collaboration and open communication are vital to the success of the client. I believe that all clients have the innate ability to forge their path to happiness and a successful life.
I work with children aged 2+, adolescents, adults and families. I support clients including, but not limited to those who are working through a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral concerns, academic success, peer and family relationships, and perinatal mental health (pregnancy and postpartum).
In life, there are many times for various reasons that we maybe feel stuck, unheard, or even isolated.
