The therapeutic relationship encourages the client to reveal their challenges and come to view them with compassion allowing emotional blocks to be disclosed, understood and abated. It is then that the client is able to discover within themselves their resilience, strength and the capacity to grow, change or adapt to achieve personal satisfaction and fulfillment.
As an Individual and Family Therapist I specialize in depression, anxiety, peer management, school refusal, social/school anxiety, anger management, relationship problems, LGBQT, men's and women's issues. I am person centered and employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness therapies in a safe and therapeutic environment.
