I believe that often, our deepest experiences of harm and trauma take place within relationships, and the ways that others relate to us has an enormous impact on the ways we learn to relate to ourselves. My work with clients often centers around exploring and integrating past experiences of harm, and through this, inviting clients to new ways of relating to themselves in the present. I am passionate about helping clients grow in self-awareness, courage, and self-compassion.

I enjoy working with teens and adults seeking to address past trauma, relational issues, self-esteem, and anxiety. I also have a significant background in working with individuals with eating disorders and general food and body issues, and I am passionate about helping all of my clients come to feel more at home in their bodies.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, highly relational, and collaborative. I bring a strong attachment focus to my work, and I believe the relationship we create together has immense potential for healing. It would be an honor to be a part of this journey with you.
