I specialize in working with adults individually, in couples or in groups using predominantly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, I specialize in addressing parenting issues and all aspects of maternal mental health, from starting a family to managing one, as well as helping clients achieve overall "wellness" goals.
I offer clients a breadth of experience ranging from helping successful people take the next step towards their goal to enabling people at various stages of despair to turn their lives around one goal at a time. I also bring extensive experience in utilizing community resources to support success.
