Julie is a mental health counselor who has been practicing since 2018. She graduated from Capella University with a MS in mental health counseling. Julie believes in an eclectic approach to therapy. Therapy can be scary and hard, and Julie believes that it is important to meet the client where they are at in order to reduce the scariness of this difficult time in a client's life.
