I am a licensed clinical therapist with experience working in a variety of settings and a range of issues, including depression and anxiety, grief, self esteem, life transitions, and chronic illness. My approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, and kind. My goal is to provide a supportive space for self exploration in order to help clients experience more meaningful and fulfilling lives. I focus on self-understanding, self-acceptance, authenticity, and resilience.
The focus of my practice is primarily younger adults (16-28) but I also work with middle aged adults and families. Therapy can provide a safe space for individuals to explore feelings, express needs, and increase self-understanding. Families can also learn better communication skills and ways to connect with each other.
