If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and/or out of control, I provide a safe nonjudgmental environment in which you can begin work on finding your peace from within. We will work together to identify and free you from debilitating worry, shame and guilt that can keep you feeling stuck. Our work will empower you to find the answers within yourself.
I approach treatment through a trauma informed lens. I will choose the specific theories and techniques that effectively meet the individuality of each client. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), for the treatment of PTSD and trauma, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), for treatment of OCD.
I provide in-person and telehealth sessions. I am available Wednesday – Friday 8A-3P, and Saturday and Sunday 8A-3P. Let me empower you with the skills to free yourself.
