I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a collaborative and energetic approach. I love working with people and being a witness to their stories and life journeys. In my years of practice, I have worked with individuals and couples to help them cope with anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustment related issues.
My particular expertise is in the field of Maternal Mental Health and parenting/couple issues. I have obtained training from the Seleni and Beck institutes and Postpartum Support International and have helped numerous clients develop tools to cope and function better while providing practical, evidenced based solutions.
I also hold level I and II certificates in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) which utilizes attachment theory concepts and a humanistic approach in treatment which has been highly effective in my work with individuals and couples.
