I am an experienced trauma informed Wellness Coach, Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and Consultant in Training, Registered Art Therapist, Tong Ren and Reiki healer. I have over 15 years experience with many certifications and education. I currently blend trauma informed coaching, Brainspotting, somatic and cognitive based approaches for healing, processing and managing emotions, challenging negative thought patterns, and fostering personal growth.
My expertise spans across various life challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, major life changes, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, blockages, gender identity, performance issues, and repetitive behavior patterns that are difficult to change.
