With nearly 20 years of clinical experience in this field, I have learned that my clients are their own best experts. They teach me as much I teach them. We collaborate together in the effort of developing long-term lifestyle changes to replace problematic behaviors, with the goal being the creation of a life based their personal vision of what they want to see happen.
I specialize in the treatment of individuals with the following issues: eating disorders, anxiety/panic disorders, depression, stress,and relationship issues.I also provide performance enhancement skill training to athletes, performance artists, and business professionals.
My clinical interventions are all empirically based and solution focused. The initial focus is on what my client wants to see happen in his/her life. I then provide him/her with longterm skills which promote dealing with life in an enhanced manner.
