I offer nonjudgmental, down-to-earth counseling to help clients identify their objectives and goals, while developing a treatment plan to achieve same.
I can help you recognize and build on your strengths and learn how to cope with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief/loss, domestic violence, and going through cancer and life afterward. I have personally gone through all of these things, sometimes feeling I couldn't handle it. I can relate to these issues and got through with help of a good therapist.
