I am a clinical therapist with over 20 years' experience working with adults/adolescents/families. I have an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley (English/Art History), and I earned my Masters in Social Work from USC.

In advancing my clinical skill and generating ongoing enthusiasm for my work, I participate in the NICABM Next Level Practitioner series. The theories, ideas, interventions and techniques shared by the mind-body medicine community's most highly respected professionals align well with my practice philosophy and clinical style.

I continue my growth both professionally and personally through reading, writing and creating with watercolor, acrylic and collage.
