I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 4 years of experience working closely with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing life transitions, parenting issues, pregnancy, postpartum, and prenatal-related issues, academic challenges, and low self-esteem. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. With a background in a school setting, I am well aware of the struggles that not only children and adolescents face today, but also the trials and tribulations parents and guardians encounter.

In our sessions, I use a client-centered approach to empower you and build trust between us. I integrate various modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, to help those experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety.
