I am skilled in providing support for adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, negative self-image, communication and trauma. I support assisting individuals in identifying negative coping patterns and growth of adapting and learning new coping skills and adjusting those to benefit day-to-day life functioning.
My therapeutic approach is established in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and all practice is performed with a trauma informed lens. Each modality is chosen to be specifically individualized to fit your treatment goals and needs. It is my goal to support, empower, and guide you to the best version of yourself that you can achieve.
