I utilize evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Flash therapy. These approaches are rooted in scientific research and have been shown to be effective in reducing symptoms of post-traumatic stress and promoting healing and resilience. I recognize the importance of cultural sensitivity and strive to integrate cultural factors into therapy.
It can feel really hard to reach out for help when we recognize that something has to change. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where you can feel validated, respected, and empowered to explore trauma-related experiences at your own pace.
