Compassion is a fundamental quality that I bring to the co-creative process of therapy. In sessions, I see your innate wholeness, your essence. I like to remind clients that even though there may be experiences of abandonment, loss and trauma on the human journey, your natural essence is always present and never lost, even if you have lost touch with it.
Meditation and mindfulness are essential tools to help cultivate compassionate presence which is fundamental to my practice. Together, based on your needs and wants, your questions and mine, and our collective intuition, intelligence, creativity, humor, with careful attention to the body/mind, we create a safe, nurturing space to meet your goals.
