Welcome! I specialize in working with premarital couples and individuals (18+ only) on a variety of life and relationship concerns. Together, we address concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem, co-dependency, trust, and infidelity. I also hold a safe space for premarital couples and take you through a course of comprehensive preparation for your marriage. I understand that every person is unique in their own way, so I tailor each session to fit your specific needs. My clients walk away from each session with a greater understanding of themselves and more agency to find deep satisfaction in their daily life.
My expertise is premarital counseling, marriage counseling and couples issues. Some common concerns that we can work to resolve are communication issues, recurring conflict, infidelity, and intimacy repair. My techniques include a warm approach of person-centered therapy, evidence-based CBT, Gottman, Prepare-Enrich, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
