I aim to guide my clients along the path to finding their truest, most authentic selves. I'm passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults who feel they have lost touch with their true selves, as a result of life challenges. Often time when we are struggling with something we can be easily overwhelmed and begin to feel isolated. We begin to feel as though we are no longer in control of our own lives, like someone else is now driving the car and we are simply along for the ride.
