We address road blocks which may have developed over the years and seem to keep them stuck in negative patterns. Through an increased awareness of these patterns alternative choices can be made by my patients. Working together in therapy my patients are increasingly able to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Women's Therapy Group
This is a weekly on-going women's psychotherapy group. The cost is $65/session and may be covered by your health insurance as an out of network cost. The group is limited to 8 members and has a couple of openings now. The group meets on telehealth Being in your own individual therapy is a requirement.
