I have 15+ years of clinical experience and extensive training with a variety of evidence based models of care for both couples and individuals. I am a certified in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. I also have advanced training and expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
