I specialize in working with folks with chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and the dreaded “existential crisis” of life through a holistic and mind-body approach. I have a strong multicultural focus with an integrated approach including lifestyle, CBT/ACT, existential, and emotion-focused techniques across the mind-body spectrum.
