I have over 19 years of experience working with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. Teens and young adults are under all sorts of external pressure that can lead to sudden mood changes, anxiety, feelings of insecurity, and questioning self-worth. Whether its a strained relationship with your teen, or you are looking to improve, or you just want to make sure you have the right strategies for helping your teen or young adult thrive, I can help. My direct work with adolescents gives me a unique perspective which has put me in touch with the emotional needs of teens and I integrate that into my approach.LGBTQ+friendly.
I work with couples dealing with issues of infidelity, affairs, mid life crisis, and aging. I assist couples in rebuilding of trust and understanding each other's needs. Sometimes, couples decided to separate and divorce. I assist couples in the separation stages and process; and help with determining co parenting strategies and the "new normal."
I feel that it is my privilege to listen and provide you with professional guidance during your therapeutic journey. I am empathetic and I value and care about my clients and your "life story." I provide my clients with a supportive, nurturing, and directive approach. Please contact me for a complimentary consultation.
