I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor providing supportive therapy for individuals, couples and families of all ages. Using a systems approach, we can work together to recognize patterns in thoughts, feelings, behaviors and relationships that have developed through your unique experiences. Providing support with issues of depression, anxiety, sexual orientation, physical and emotional abuse, grief, divorce, parenting, adjustment, spiritual and relationship concerns is a priority. I have also, received level one training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy.
My experience also includes play therapy with an emphasis on coaching parents in promoting healthy development in their children, reducing problematic behaviors, and improving relationships. I have an extensive background in art and use art therapy to bring a mindful awareness aiding emotional expression and reducing anxiety.
