Making it to the “actively looking for a therapist” stage is a whole feat by itself- so let me begin by acknowledging what it takes to make it here. Therapy can require facing discomforts, and my goal is to help you approach what is uncomfortable in a way that is empowering and brings you closer in touch with your inner strength. My therapeutic style is warm and action oriented. I am passionate about using evidence-based treatments in order to help you reduce your symptoms, gain coping skills, and experience more freedom!
My areas of specialty are treating folks experiencing Anxiety Disorders- including OCD, Generalized Anxiety, and Phobias. I also like to incorporate work related to identity, relationships, and interpersonal functioning, and ways in which these areas intersect with mental health.
