I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in addition to Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. I've had experience working with toddlers, adolescents, teens, and adults. I have effectively worked with clients with a wide range of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavior problems, and ADHD.
I can provide excellent listening skills, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard for all clients. Together we will explore ways to achieve your best personal health, emotional wellness, and create goals to improve your everyday life.
