Are you struggling with the aftermath of trauma and finding it difficult to cope without turning to substances? You want to break that cycle of numbing the pain, but you're not sure where to start. You’re not alone, and there is hope for recovery.
I believe in a compassionate, integrative approach to therapy that addresses both the psychological and physiological aspects of trauma and addiction. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, understand the impact of trauma on your life, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
With extensive experience in treating trauma and substance use disorders, I am dedicated to helping you reclaim your life. I understand the complexities of these challenges and offer a personalized approach to therapy, tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we can work towards healing, recovery, and a brighter future.
