My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and sex-positive. I create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, values, and goals. Therapy sessions may involve discussing emotions, beliefs, and behaviors, as well as providing practical exercises and homework assignments to facilitate.
I provide convenient appointments through telehealth to better fit your schedule. I have availability on days, nights, and weekends at this time.
