This space is yours for reflection, processing, and making movement at your own pace. My role is to provide tools or strategies that partner with you as you make changes in your life to meet your own goals. Some reasons people seek counseling may include reducing symptoms of a mental health diagnosis, strengthening family relationships, finding balance between the many life responsibilities, improving social relationships/communication/boundary setting, exploring their identity, navigating impact of family addiction/mental health of a loved one, having a space to talk about the challenges of parenting, and many more.
Licensed in ME and an affiliate with Health Affiliates for telehealth clients with Mainecare or self-pay. I am licensed in VT for self-pay clients in person or telehealth. I have experience with adults with anxiety/depression, neurodivergent adults, parents of Quirky kids, and also experience doing family work.
If you would like to do a check-in by phone or virtually to see if I would be a good fit for your needs please reach out to me and share briefly what brings you to counseling.
