Accepting new patients! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts. I have several years of experience working with individuals as they identify and overcome behavioral issues through talk therapy. I specialize in anxiety, depression and stress management. I approach counseling from a person centered and cognitive behavioral view, while maintaining a posture of non-judgement and genuine warmth. My ideal client is someone who is ready for therapy and is committed to their own growth and well-being.
I'm experienced in assisting individuals to develop specific, realistic goals that are personally meaningful for each individual. I utilize a variety of different theories and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) as well as mindfulness-based interventions.
