Are you in crisis, suffering from a traumatic event or facing a major life change? The support I offer in therapy will help you process complicated emotions and traumatic memories. My goal as a therapist is to guide you toward strength, confidence and excitement about your future. I hold an undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley and a graduate degree with honors from Phillips Graduate Institute. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy and specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, among other issues.
The wiring of our brains requires the attentiveness and empathy of others. The good news is that even as adults, new relationships and experiences can positively impact us emotionally and mentally. Effective therapy has the potential of providing you with a 'corrective emotional experience,' an improvement in personal interactions and greater mental health.
