My experience working at an adoption agency, in-patient care unit at Kennedy Krieger, and in a school environment enhanced my skills and training working with children, adolescents and adults from various backgrounds and with various mental health challenges.

I use all types of modalities to support your goals and outcomes. From CBT to Mindfulness, prioritizing yourself is important while navigating through different stages of your life. I focus on the individual and who they are as a person. Having a diagnosis does not define us, it's part of us & we work through it.
