I will work with you to identify your strengths and determine what you want to get out of therapy.I have completed specialized coursework in CBT for Anxiety and CBT for Chronic Pain at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and attended the IOCDF Annual OCD Conference for multiple years.
My approach to therapy is unique to each client, and I utilize an eclectic approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with elements from other evidence-based techniques including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
