Hello! I’m a therapist at Holistic Healing & Wellness and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and my graduate degree from Rutgers University: New Brunswick. I’ve been practicing in the field since 2011. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults dealing with: stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, OCD, trauma, self-esteem, pre and postnatal mental health, anger, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and painful losses.
I offer individualized therapy that is evidenced based and tailored to your specific needs. I create a therapeutic environment that is safe, non-judgmental, and empathic where solutions and clinical tools are formulated to relieve identified symptoms.
