My therapeutic style draws from evidence-based methods to provide relief, direction, and clarity into our patterns as people, and highlight the impact that current and past relationships have on yourself today. Societal and systemic causes of oppression (economic, gender, cultural) can incubate issues in our personal lives. In my practice, I deeply value decolonial and anti-capitalist ethos in navigating through the challenging seasons in life and supporting ourselves to move away from the scarcity mentality, and towards the thriving life you deserve.
